Terms And Conditions

• Rates applicable to groups’ minimum of 30 members.
• Half-day programmes shall be of 3 hours duration and a full day of 5 hours.
• All rates are subject to taxes
• Details of the company along with valid ID proof of the team leader and GST certificate if applicable be presented at the time of booking.
• Booking to be made at least 4 weeks before the event day.
• 100% advance payment is required before the event; 50% advance of the amount payable is to be made at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is to be paid 10 days before the event.
• Cancellation, if required is to be made at least 3 weeks before the event day. In such case, 50% of the advance amount shall be refunded. For any later cancellation, np refund shall be made.
• A deposit of INR 5000 is to be made at the time of booking. This will be refunded after deducting the housekeeping/ waste disposal / damage recovery charges if required.
• The team member shall not enter any restricted area and shall use only the facilities made available to them.
• Sports Hub staff is not responsible for any loss of property / injuries / accidents/ or loss of life that may occur during visits or whilst taking part in any of the activities.
• The Sports Hub reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the offer in respect of any individual activity withot prior notification.
• Damage to any property of theSports Hub due to the negligence of the team will demand monetary compensation.
• The Sports Hub reserves the right to alter the program structure if situations demand so.
• Time slots agreed upon are to be abided by both the parties.
