I also understand that in order to be allowed to use the facilities, I must give up my rights to hold the Sports Hub Academy’s Management or the Staff liable for any injury / accident / loss of life or damage, theft or loss of belongings which he / she may suffer while utilizing the amenities. I agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, accidents damages or loss of life, or theft, loss of belongings regardless of severity, that he / she sustains as a result of using the facilities. I confirm that his / her health is adequate to undergo the coaching program & regime and is not participating contrary to any medical advice.
